Delta 4th

Here are a few pictures from this years Independence Day spectacular in Delta. We had a fun time at the parade. Noah was really excited that 'Herbie', or 'Turbie' as Noah calls him was at the parade and even more excited that Turbie was at the Demolition Derby! Yeah Baby!

Delta

Hello family and friends,
I just wanted to do a quick post and let everyone know that Noah and I have moved to Delta. I started my new job this week and Noah started going to a new daycare. Honestly, it has been a pretty rough week for us, but, things should get better as we adjust to our new life and schedule. I got a job at Intermountain Power Project out here in delta and it is a really great opportunity for me to be self sufficient and for Noah to be near his Grandpa and have a male influence in his life. I am so appreciative of my mother helping us out for the past five years and will never be able to repay her. I really miss her right now and am sure I will only miss her more but when I have a little money in my pocket and gas prices go down a bit (ha, ha) we will get to visit her.
Love you all. I will post later when I get a chance. Peace out.

Booger Balls

So, how is it that people are born with the innate ability to make booger balls. I mean, I will catch Noah picking his nose and then immediately rolling it between his fingers to create the booger ball. No one taught him that, he just.....knew. I am such a proud parent.

Bless Everyone

My dear friend just lost her beautiful mother this week. She stood by her mother's side with such beauty and grace. I was so very impressed with her mother's sweetness, poise and sense of humor. Please send out some prayers and positive vibes into the universe for my friend and her family. Her mother is now in our Father's arms.
All my love,
Sarah

Who'd I skip?

I just wanted to share with you how Noah prays. This is to be said at a high rate of speed. "Dear Heavenly Father - Please bless everyone - Who'd I skip?" So funny.

Splash Pad

On Saturday my mom and Aunt Maureen took Noah to the new 'splash pad' in the newly remodeled town center. I had never even heard of a splash pad until I moved down here to St. George, and it is a really great idea. A lot of the public parks have one so the kids can cool off in the summer. The one in the town square has lots of fun things for the kids to do, including a shallow stream they can walk in. I always thought it was dumb that there would be a big old fountain somewhere and people would be standing there sweating to death, wishing they could play in the fountain, now they finally put it together to make a visually pleasing water feature that the community can really enjoy!
